The survey takes approximately 8 to 10 minutes to complete. You can pause and return to it later if needed, though we recommend completing it in one sitting for the best experience.

Yes, absolutely. The survey is designed to be anonymous and we do not ask for personally identifiable information in the survey itself. Please also refrain from including identifying details in any open text fields. If you choose to enter the prize draw, sign up for newsletters, or join the product tester program, your email is stored separately and cannot be linked to your survey responses. Your responses are used in aggregate form for research and reporting.

The survey is open to adults (18+) who have purchased or considered purchasing intimate wellness products. We welcome participants of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship statuses.

Your responses will be analyzed alongside thousands of others to identify trends, unmet needs, and opportunities for improvement in the intimate wellness industry. The findings will be used to inform product development, customer experiences, and educational initiatives across Lovehoney, pjur, and Orion, and may also be published as industry research.

There is no monetary compensation. However, if you choose to provide your email at the end (optional, and stored separately from your survey responses), you will be eligible to join a lottery to receive goodies from our sponsors. The survey will run from April until July, with the prize draws occurring at the end of each month.
