Building Secure Attachment in non-monogamy (280 kr for members, 350 kr for non-members)

Have you been told that secure attachment can only be built in monogamous relationships? Well, I disagree. Secure attachment is something we build within ourselves. The more we understand our younger parts and our needs, the easier it becomes to navigate any kind of relationship - monogamous, open, or poly. In this workshop, we explore how to build this from a somatic perspective. Not only learning to communicate our needs, but maturing from within so we can relate with more clarity, stability, and ease. We will also explore how unmet childhood needs can be projected onto partners, and how this can shape experiences of jealousy. As we begin to understand that different needs can be met in different ways and by different people, we can allow each person in our life to have their own place in our lives, without competition. From here, relationships can become more ‘grown up’ in a grounded way, where trust, compersion and playfulness coexist. This is not about fixing everything in one workshop, but about offering you the building blocks, tools, and understanding to continue your journey toward safer attachment and more ease in your relationships over time. WHO IS THIS FOR? Anyone looking for tools and understandings to build secure attachment in any type of relationship. CAN I JOIN AS A BEGINNER? Yes! But be aware that we are working with trauma and attachment and that even if we have emotional support in the space you are responsible for your own emotional well-being. DO I NEED A PARTNER? Come alone or with one or several partners. You don’t need to be in any relationships to take part, this is more about your own inner journey and the potential of your current or future relationships. DRESSCODE Wear something comfortable that you can move around freely in. WHAT TO BRING Bring a water bottle with a lid and a notebook if you want. ABOUT THE FACILITATOR Li Tadaa is a renowned workshop leader in Europe, a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, a dancer, and a Lust Coach with more than 15 years of experience in movement and embodiment. Li’s knowledge of dance and routes to pleasure from traditions around the globe is combined with an understanding of the nervous system, dance therapy, somatic trauma healing, shamanism, and meditation practices.
