Consumer insight for sexual wellness

Stop marketing. Start listening.

Your customers already know what works for them, and what doesn't. Almost nobody asks them. We do, and bring back insight you can build your products and your marketing on.

What happens when nobody asks

When nobody asks the customer, two things go wrong.

01 · Your marketing

Your marketing sounds like everyone else's. And search has noticed.

Google has changed, and most brands are feeling it. Search and AI answers now favour first-hand experience and original information over pages that repeat what everyone else says.

Without real customer input, most brands only have their own description of themselves. An AI can write that in seconds, but it can't use the product. Buyers know it too.

What stands out now, in search and with buyers, is evidence from real people who used the product, including where it fell short. A brand can never produce that about itself. It has to come from somewhere else.

02 · Your products

You find out what works after you've paid for it.

However carefully a product is chosen or developed, some questions only get answered once it is on the market. Sales figures tell you what sold. They rarely tell you why, who it really suited, or what nearly worked.

By then the money is spent: stock in the warehouse, markdowns to clear what didn't move, and a shelf slot that could have held something better.

The market will tell you in the end. It just charges more.

Your customers have the answers. We ask the questions. You get the insights while they still matter.

How we ask

Four things make our answers worth acting on.

01

We choose who tests

Before a test opens, we set the tester profile against what you need to learn: geography, gender, age, category experience and anything specific to your product. Then we match from our 3,000+ vetted, active testers, a pool that takes years to build in this category and constant work to keep.

02

Every finding goes back to a real person

Every quote comes from a real, vetted tester in our records, in their own words. Every finding is built from what testers actually reported, never invented. Anonymous to you, traceable to us. That is what makes the evidence safe to act on, and safe to put your name to.

03

We keep the disagreement

When two testers land in opposite places, that is the finding, not noise to be averaged away. An average hides exactly what you need to see. We show you where your product divides people, which feature splits the room, and why, so you can decide what to change and what to say.

04

We tell you who it doesn't work for

Not as a disclaimer. As precision about who your product is for. The customers it won't suit hear it from you, before they buy, and choose something else in your range. Everyone else trusts your product more for it. That is trust across your whole audience, not lost reach.

What you get

One test. Three returns.

Ask the right people properly, and one test gives you three things.

01
For product and buying decisions

Insight

Put the right product on the market. Know what works before you commit, whether you're choosing from a supplier's range or developing your own. Who the product is really for, where it falls short, and what to change next, prioritised so your team knows where to start.

02
For marketing and sales

Proof

Evidence of how the market receives your product. Quotes, user stories and ratings from people who actually used it. Material you can put in your marketing, on your packaging and in front of retail buyers, backed by a test that could have said otherwise.

03
For your product pages

Content

Original material nobody else can write. Most products in this category are sold with the same manufacturer description in every shop. A test gives you what no one else has: how real users describe your product in their own words, and answers to the questions people actually ask.

The case for honest feedback

The most valuable review we ever collected was from someone the product didn't work for.

“The vacuum function doesn't work for me. I have a large labia.”

Real tester feedback

That is not a product failure. That is anatomy. And it is exactly what a brand needs to know.

Most brands never find that out. Their customers do, after they have already bought.

Before they buy

The customers it won't suit hear it from you, not from the product. They stay with your brand and choose something else in your range.

Everyone else

They know the product was tested honestly, on real bodies with real variation.

Your product team

A clear brief for where to go next.

The wellness industry has spent decades pretending bodies are uniform. One size. One experience. One result.

Users figured this out a long time ago. We can tell you exactly who your product is for, and saying it out loud builds trust with your whole audience, not just the part it suits.

That is not vulnerability. That is authority.

The split result is the most honest thing here, and the most useful. When two experienced testers land in completely different places on the same feature, that's not noise. That's exactly the signal a brand needs to hear before it decides how to talk to its audience.

We don't wait to be asked.

Some questions are bigger than one product. The people who could answer them have usually never been asked. So we run our own studies to find out.

Now recruiting partners

The 2027 Cross-Category Study

If someone loves their suction toy, will they like a wand? A G-spot vibrator? Nobody knows, because the same people have never tested them all. This study changes that.

How it works

20 to 30 testers each test 10 to 15 products across 11 categories, over two months. Each product still gets a full, ordinary test. The cross-category picture comes on top.

The questions we're asking

  • Which products do the fans of each category also love, and which do they avoid?
  • Which categories travel together, and which exclude each other?
  • Where are the gaps that no range is serving yet?

What partners get

  • A full test of your product, the same as any Zandora test.
  • Your product in the bigger picture: which other categories its fans love, and which they turn away from.
  • A detailed partner report in April 2027. The full findings, including data reserved for partners only.
  • Your data stays yours. All data and findings about your product belong to you. Only general trends across the study become public.

The categories

  • Suction clitoral stimulators
  • Clitoral vibrators
  • Wands
  • Mini and bullet vibrators
  • G-spot vibrators
  • Realistic dildos
  • Fantasy dildos
  • Glass and steel dildos
  • App and remote-controlled toys
  • Anal dildos and butt plugs
  • Anal vibrators
How it runs

A process you can see from the inside.

We start with the question you need answered, then choose the way of testing that fits it. You follow the work as it happens, not just at the end.

Step 01

Brief & tester match

We agree what you need to learn, then match the product to testers whose bodies, preferences and circumstances fit the question.

Step 02

Testing

Testers use the product over a set period and report through our tester portal. Structured ratings alongside honest, detailed feedback.

Step 03

Partner portal

You see progress, raw feedback and emerging themes while the test is still running.

Step 04

Findings

Insight for your product team, proof for your marketing, content for your channels. One package your whole organisation can use.

What partners say
"Impressed across the board with the feedback and the data points. Strong internal sentiment. Once we've seen the full process end-to-end, we'd like to explore a larger paid engagement."

See what a test does for your product before you commit to more.

A pilot runs the full process on 2 to 3 units: brief, testing, partner portal access and a complete deliverable. You see exactly what our testing produces for your product.

The EUR 400 is credited in full against your first project, so a pilot that leads somewhere costs you nothing extra. Pilots are published like any other test.
