We're rebuilding, and you're part of it.
For the past six months, Zandora has had one clear focus: product testing. We've spent that time getting the site ready for the job, and between now and Christmas we're rolling out a series of changes you'll notice.
During August we're switching to an entirely new login system. It's more secure, and it gives you more options:
We send you a code and you're straight in. Nothing to remember.
If you'd rather not wait for a code, you can choose to set a fixed password instead.
You don't need to do anything before the switch. We'll walk you through setting up your new login the first time you sign in afterwards.
We're clearing out the old Zandora functionality as a starting point. It's a necessary step to be able to rebuild properly.
Over the next six months we'll bring selected parts back.
A rebuild of this size means bugs will surface. We really want to hear about them, and we want to say thank you.
So if something looks wrong, misbehaves, or could simply be done better: tell us.
We draw one winner at the end of each month among everyone who reports a bug or suggests an improvement.
We have a run of interesting product tests on the way, so it's worth keeping an eye on the site.
We're also stepping up our giveaways. There's plenty of surplus stock sitting in the warehouse, and we'll be handing it out over the coming months.
Your input is what makes Zandora better.
