Ignite - MOVE+Deep Touch (free for members, 300 kr for non-members)

This is an invitation to deepen your connection to yourself and others through intentional touch, presence, and awareness. In a safe, nurturing space, you’ll be invited to explore the art of giving and receiving touch that honors the body as a vessel of energy and emotion by asking for what you want and setting boundaries as well as giving from a truly generous place. The first half we play with the tantric elements. Second half we will integrate the elements in a tantric massage. What Awaits You: 🔥 Give and receive from the heart. 🔥 Practice asking for what you want and setting boundaries 🔥 Present, deep and slow touch. 🔥 Learn about the 4 elements of touch. Water, earth, air and fire. 🔥 Experience the erotic energy. WHO IS IT FOR This workshop is for anyone with a desire and interest in the tantric touch. The tantric touch involves presence, slowness, attention, love. You will explore how to give from a healthy and loving place. And you practice to receive exactly the touch you want most. DO I NEED A PARTNER Absolutely. We will be working in pairs. Come with a partner if you want a specific experience or come alone if you want to explore. If you come alone, we invite you to be open and curious to practice with the other people who came alone. We can never guarantee a match and ask that you respect your own boundaries. WHAT TO WEAR Wear something you feel comfortable in - or nothing, but bring a sarong/towel/sheet to put under you, if you do. What to bring? A bottle with a lid Massage oil A sheet to put under you when being massaged A towel to sit on as you massage Socks to put on immediately when you stand up if you had oil on your feet (Even if you wiped it off) A towel to wipe oil off your body. There is no shower at the venue ATTENTION: If you do not bring sheet, towel and socks for yourself, you will not be permitted to use oil during the massage. Please help us take care of our mats and space. CAN I JOIN AS A BEGINNER Yes! This practice is beginner-friendly and open to all experience levels.
