Welcome to a tantric inspired playground where all your senses are not only invited—they’re the guests of honor. In these practices, we dive headfirst (and heart-first!) into the luscious world of sensation, playing with sight, sound, scent, taste, and—oh yes—everyone’s favorite: touch.
We’ll be getting delightfully curious as we practice the art of appreciation, reverence, and sacred silliness—because yes, worshipping each other as the divine, messy, radiant humans we are can be fun! Through movement, loving words, gentle (and consensual) touch, and tender presence, we rediscover what it means to fully inhabit our bodies—without pressure to perform, fix, or impress. You get to show up exactly as you are: weird, wonderful, wobbly, wise… all of it.
Together, we create a space where you can be seen, heard, felt, and fully received. It's like a permission slip to be your whole damn self and still be met with unconditional love, just as nature (and probably the stars) intended. Whether you're flying solo, coming with a beloved, or floating through the group like the love-powered being you are, there’s something here for you.
We’ll play with various forms of connection—from intimate individual exploration, to juicy partner practices, to group activities that weave us into a web of shared humanity and adoration. No awkward small talk required—just real, heart-felt connection and the freedom to say yes, no, maybe later, or ooh, tell me more.
This workshop is designed to fill your cup (and maybe overflow it just a little), leaving you drenched in gratitude, wrapped in love, and glowing with that unmistakable “I’ve been adored and I kinda love everyone now” energy. You'll float back into the world high on oxytocin, soft in your skin, and buzzing with the beautiful reminder that you, my love, are already whole—and wildly worthy of worship.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
This practice is for any and all curious creatures—humans of every flavor, shape, size, background, and constellation—who want to dive deeper into the delicious mystery of being alive in a body. If you’ve ever found yourself wondering, “What even is this meat suit I’m living in?” or “How can I feel more, sense more, be more?”—then darling, you’re in the right place.
Whether you're a seasoned self-discovery wizard, a total newbie, or someone who just saw the words “body” and “senses” and thought “ooh, that sounds juicy,” we welcome you with open arms (and probably jazz hands). You don’t need to have any fancy experience—just a willingness to show up with curiosity, a sprinkle of courage, and maybe a dash of playful mischief.
This space is lovingly built for the brave and the shy, the grounded and the floaty, the gigglers, criers, skeptics, sensualists, overthinkers, and “I-have-no-idea-what-I’m-doing-here-but-somehow-I-ended-up-registering” types. You’re all invited. Your body is enough. Your curiosity is enough. You are enough.
CAN I JOIN AS A BEGINNER?
Absolutely! The only experience you’ll need, is the experience of being human.
DO I NEED A PARTNER?
Come solo, come in pairs, come as a whole circus troupe—however your heart desires! The activities are deliciously hands-on, delightfully physical, and rooted in real-world magic. Throughout the workshop, you'll mix, match, and mingle with a wonderful variety of humans, co-creating in a joyful, ever-shifting dance of connection and creativity.
We lovingly encourage everyone to stay open to exploring with different folks and all genders, but if sticking with your chosen human(s) feels best for you, that’s absolutely perfect too. Your comfort and joy lead the way—we're just here to make the journey sparkly.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Björn Alex Marcus (He/him)
My journey with Yoga and Tantra began early—when I was just a teenager, dancing my way through life and learning how deeply movement could touch the soul. From the very beginning, I felt the profound connection between body and mind—how they move together, listen to one another, and invite us into a deeper presence. For me, movement was never just physical—it was a way to experience connection, care, and intimacy with myself and with others.
In 2013, I took a leap and traveled to India to complete my first yoga teacher training. That experience opened a door in me that’s never closed, I was blessed with 5 vibrant seasons of training and guiding future yoga teachers in their development. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself—wholeheartedly and with deep curiosity—to exploring the vast landscape of the human experience: through ancient philosophy, the intelligent design of anatomy, and the subtle, beautiful language of energy.
To me, everything is energy. Every breath, every thought, every touch. That’s why working with energy—my own and that of others—feels not just natural, but essential. I see the breath as a sacred doorway into our inner world. It softens, reveals, and connects us to something ancient and wise within.
Now, I teach from that place of remembrance—with gentleness, reverence, and a touch of playfulness. My intention is always to create a space where people feel held, seen, and invited to come home to themselves. Not by becoming something new, but by softening into the truth of who they already are.
